Their team has been selling for our directory for many years. They have always been a pleasure to be around and they always go above and beyond their job. They help in any way they can by not only, selling ads, but by promoting our Chamber in a positive fashion while they are out in the Community. They believe in hard work and doing things the right way the first time and making sure the customer is happy and he delivers on things that are promised. I knew Wayne was a salesman too, but didn’t know of the tenacity of his efforts. When he says he was going to contact all of our members—several times—well he did. And we received NOT ONE complaint for any of our 2000 members. Many indicated that they had been contacted, yet were explained the option to advertise—or not advertise very succinctly.
Although I had worked with Wayne in the past, I had not worked with other members of The Harris Team. I have since found their staff to be unbelievably efficient—extremely quick to reply to our questions—and will produce a ‘no doubt’ award winning publication.
